Injection Series. Granulator solutions for
injection molding
Panchal granulators for injection
molding applications meet the challenges presented by in-line recycling of plastic waste. From the
in feed of plastic waste to the transport of regrind directly back to the injection
molding machine, Panchal modular approach to granulation enables it to provide customized solutions based on standardized parts.
Panchal granulators comprising the 8" Series, 11" Series and 14" Series are ideally suited to recycling waste and rejects for injection
molding machines with clamping forces up to 250 tons. Features that help customize these granulators are robot feeding, conveyor transport and auger feed. There is even a high-built model.

Blow Moulding Series. Granulator solutions for
blow molding
Panchal provides an ideal choice of granulators for recycling plastic waste from blow
molding applications. Waste and rejects of all sizes ranging from diverse
small containers up to large plastic barrels and fuel tanks pose no problems. Models can be configured for either central or beside-the-press operation.
Smaller waste are taken care of by
the 12" Series or 16"- Series, large
family 20" Series and 24"-Series
machine chew rapidly through larger
containers, while the heavy-duty 30"
Series and 40" model are designed
for really tough tasks.
A number of in-feed systems and hopper alternatives tailor the various models
to your specific application.

Pipe - Profile Series.
Both multipurpose and dedicated
Panchal granulators are available for recycling various plastic pipe and profile.
Suitable models for smaller pipes and profiles belong to the 20" 24" and
30"-Series machines. Larger pipes and profiles can be fed into the
40"-Series machines.Models of the
40"-Series and 48"-Series granulate even bigger items and can be equipped with special pipe/profile in-feed
hoppers to accommodate all your processing needs.
The Panchal Shredder/Granulator with automatic feeding control is perfectly
suited to recycling large pipe and profile.

Thermoforming Series. Solutions for
thermoforming applications
The Panchal 600, 1000 & 1350mm in-line granulators are dedicated to the direct
recycling of waste from thermoformed plastic packaging material. They cut to
pieces whole foil, skeletal foil and partially punched foil into
high-quality regrind at up to 1,000 lbs./hour.The granulator's fully integrated Roll Feed System –600,
1000 & 1350mm wide – draws in continuous sheet of waste directly from the thermoforming machine.
Web in-feed is automatically synchronized to match the thermoforming machine speed.
The diameter of the rotor assembly is 250 mm /10" and motor sizes of up
to 20HP are available. Highly effective soundproofed encapsulation cuts noise significantly.

Film & Sheet Extrusion Series. Granulator solutions for
film and sheet extrusion
Rolls of waste plastic film and sheet are usually dealt with in two ways. According to size, complete rolls can be fed directly into
Panchal granulators from the 16"-20"-Series
and upwards. A combination of robust components and a constant cutting
circle ensures that even thick section of film/sheet are sliced apart easily.
Alternatively, and according to cutter-house width, rolls of film/sheet are unwound and drawn continuously into the appropriate granulator by means of a
Panchal
roll-feed system mounted on the granulator in-feed. The superior design of
the cutter-house, rotors and knives ensures that even thin film is cut
through cleanly and precisely.
