Centrifugal Dryer (Spin Dryer)

The Centrifugal Dryer (Vertical Type) is an advanced high-speed centrifuge designed to efficiently remove surface moisture from both soft and rigid plastic materials during the recycling process. Engineered for continuous operation, the system uses powerful centrifugal force generated by a high-RPM rotor to rapidly separate water from plastic flakes, films, and regrind without causing material damage.

The dryer accepts material with an input moisture content of approximately 25% and consistently delivers output moisture levels of just 2–3%. It is suitable for a wide range of rigid plastics such as HDPE, PS, ABS, and PET flakes, as well as soft and flexible materials like LDPE, HDPE, and PP films.

This vertical centrifugal drying system ensures gentle yet highly effective drying of plastic flakes and virgin granules including PE, PA, PP, and PS. During operation, the high-speed rotation not only removes water but also simultaneously separates impurities, dust, paper particles, and fines, resulting in cleaner and more consistent output suitable for extrusion or pelletizing lines.

Built with a sturdy stainless-steel drum, precision-balanced rotor, replaceable screens, and low-maintenance bearings, the machine guarantees stable, vibration-free performance. Its vertical design improves drainage efficiency, reduces floor space usage, and enhances overall drying capacity.
